Håvard Iversen

Håvard is a licensed Real Estate agent in The State of New York, originally from Norway. He studied international marketing in Norway at BI Norwegian Business School, before graduating from Pace University in New York with a Bachelor´s degree in International Marketing.

After just a couple of months living in New York, he decided that real estate was the industry he would like to be in and there is no better location to follow his passion for real estate in than the most exciting real estate market in the world, New York. Håvard began by helping his fellow students find housing in various neighborhoods around the city. This became the starting point for his career in real estate. 

His international background has given him an understanding of some of the issues international clients face while buying/renting apartments in New York, and can be of assistance in making that process easier for his clients.

Håvard’s broad approach to the real estate market in New York is not limited to specific types of real estate or neighborhoods, but to his client’s needs and whishes. He believes that communication, honesty and good work ethic are the key components to creating positive relationships and deals.
