Chris works by the motto that real estate is a customer service business period. The reason why so many people are not successful in real estate is because they fail to recognize that customer service is the key to success. Chris knows that real estate is a business based on relationships; where you must cultivate new relationships and cherish existing relationships. Honesty and integrity are the foundation for building these relationships. Chris has built a very loyal client base and is proud of the relationships and friendships he's formed over the years. Chris has an extensive background in customer service having managed restaurants across the country for 8 years before starting his lifelong dream of going into real estate in his native New York in 2003. Chris lives on the Upper East Side where he owns his own apartment and is very active in volunteer work with his dog "Linus". He recently bought a new construction condominium in the financial district for investment purposes, effectively "putting his money where his mouth is." Chris has sold new construction apartments in 75 Wall Street, William Beaver House, The Downtown Club, Block Hall, One Madison Park and Cipriani along with an abundance of resales and rentals throughout Manhattan.
