Karen Snyder Duke

After nearly 10 years in national media, Karen joined the team at New York Residence to pursue one of her other passions: real estate. Her background as a writer and editor is evident in her listings, as well as her communication with clients and brokers alike. She masterfully identifies a buyer’s needs, and approaches the property search with the curiosity and determination of a seasoned reporter. Karen enjoys reading, hiking, and exploring other parts of the world. She lives in Manhattan with her husband and a cat and dog named for two East Side avenues: Madison and Lex.
