Gabby Chen became a real estate salesperson in 2006 and has been a broker since 2014. She is also a licensed associate broker in New Jersey, and a Certified Property Manager. In her 14+ year tenure in the business, her impressive closed sales and rental deals have totaled in excess of $100M. Gabby specializes in new development condos all around Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx, and is very well-versed in both the established and up-and-coming neighborhoods. Always a big city girl, Gabby was born and raised in Shanghai, China where she graduated from Shanghai University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She then lived in Toronto while earning a Master’s of Human Resource Management from Seneca College. Next moving on to New York, she resided on the Upper East Side of Manhattan initially and has planted roots in the Financial District and Battery Park City for nearly 15 years. Here, NYC real estate instantly became Gabby’s calling. She previously worked in sales and marketing at Nabisco and in the recruiting business, honing the skills that made her successful. Interpersonal relations, listening, communicating, marketing, negotiating – are all in her powerful arsenal. Gabby is patient yet persistent when finding the perfect home for her clients.
